An account of the second Carpatho-Rusyn delegation to Vienna (October 1849) by its member Alexander Janyckyj. The document includes detailed descriptions of the deputation’s journey, the contents of its negotiations with the Austrian ministers and Emperor Franz Joseph, as well as the memorandum presented to the Emperor. The full manuscript was considered lost prior to publication.
