Weekly newspaper, the official organ of the Lemko Association (1934-39). Depending on the period, it was published in Nowy Sącz, Krynica, and Ľviv. Appearing in Lemko Rusyn, the newspaper opposed the Ukrainian national orientation and promoted the view that Lemkos are a distinct people with close ties to a larger East Slavic Rus’ culture. Lemko‘s editors, Vasyľ Tŷliščak (1934), Harasym Hromos’ak (1934-39), and Metodyj Trochanovskij (1939) also produced an annual almanac. Not to be confused with other newspapers of the same name, published in Ľviv/Gorlice (1911-13), Philadelphia/Cleveland/New York (1928-39), and Krakow (1928-30).
