A geographical dictionary for the entire Hungarian Kingdom with a short demographic and economic breakdown provided for every settlement. The author’s statistical works gained immediate influence as contemporary scholarship attempted to define the settlement areas of various ethnic groups, including Carpatho-Rusyns. The same publication was more recently used as one of the sources for P. R. Magocsi’s Map of Carpatho-Rusyn Settlement (second and later editions).
